What was once an abandoned, overgrown retail space, is now a beautifully renovated Wedding venue and Event center!
Located in the heart of Village Square with the gazebo beside the venue & the railroad in the background that still runs daily, we tried our best to renovate the building with the Urban Industrial vide that's mirrored around the blue collar community that was always known for the train depot with the tag line of "all tracks lead here". Our goal is to give you the big city feel with the small village love! We really tried to renovate the building with a hip, new vibe in mind to offer something a little different for our area. Two of our staff members are Crestline natives while the other four are local to the Mansfield area. We all have the love for the community in mind with everything we do. We're dedicated to making your event as awesome and memorable as possible.
Located roughly 10 minutes outside of Ontario and 15 minutes North of Galion. There are plenty of hotels, Airbnb's, charming lodges and bed & breakfasts for our guests to stay in any direction. If you're looking for recommendations, please let us know. Being local to the area, we'd love to give suggestions to help.
A $500 rental deposit is due at the time of your reservation to hold your wedding date, which will be refunded upon the venue looking the same as it did prior to your rental. Any damages occurred during your rental will result in no refund & any additional damages will be assessed & processed with the card on file. Payments are accepted with the remaining $4,250 balance being met 45 days prior to your event. A 50% refund will be given upon 60 days cancellation of original rental agreement.
Examples of Special Events but not limited to; Graduation party, Class or Family reunion, Charitable event or fundraiser, company meetings, Christmas parties, or birthday party, Bachelor/ Bachelorette parties, Celebration of life or funeral service, retirement party & more! 4 hours any time between 10am-10pm including set up & teardown.

-Sure! We are all pet lovers & totally understand why you'd want them involved at your celebrations! All we ask is that you please pick up after your lovey! Any damages or if The Hub staff have to clean up any mess' charges will be incurred.
-Absolutely!!!! There's plenty of room for a live band & we think that's awesome! Feel free to use the gazebo as well!
-Yes!! Absolutely!! If you want to pay for up to $2,000 we'll have that much worth there, as well as a reserve of alcohol that can be purchased by the drink. We'll talk more at your walk through but, once you let us know what kind of drinks you're interested in having, we'll work up a custom & flexible quote,
- We sure do! We have a completed list of what we feel +a6re some of the area's best vendors to help your big day go off without a hitch! Check out our preferred vendor list.
-Yep! We have a prop rental sheet for you to sift through and determine what you'd like to rent for your party. We will set out what you choose the day before your rental starts. Please return them to the middle of the building when your rental is finished. If any props are damaged during the time of your event, the renter will be responsible to replace the prop at full price.
-Definitely!! There are 6 very trusted staff members that are fully invested into making & keeping The Hub extremely successful. Part of making that possible is ensuring we're readily available for whatever you may need. We'll pop in at the beginning of your rental & end to make sure everything is good. Additionally, we'll leave you with all 6 of our cell phone numbers and we're all within a 20 minute distance and will be right there!
-It is not. We do apologize, as we all know how rad it is & how fun that would be! However due to liability reasons, we are unable to have anyone on the rooftop!
-We do! However, this isn't a cut & dry type option. This would need to be customized by each brides wants, needs and budget. Since it looks different for each person, we'll really need to sit down together to better understand your expectations and see how we can help! From there, we would customize a quote for you. We would love to help!
-We will not be unless, a day of event coordinator is added to your package. Otherwise, we will only show up at the beginning of your rental. if you decide you'd like a picture on the balcony & the end of your event to ensure everything is cleaned up, put back and no damages were made that would incur additional costs. Weddings normally do run much smoother when you have someone keeping people in line and on time. However, sometimes that is a family member and other times an event coordinator. Please let us know if you'd like a price on this option.
