What's Included?

 

  • Seating  up to 400 guests (black chairs & white 6ft round tables)


  • Capacity of 600+ people but only provides enough tables and chairs to accommodate up to 400


                  -Chairs will be inside the facility, please return them to their spot after rental time is over. If all tables & chairs are not needed, and you would like them out of the way, feel free to push them in the back of the building through the main door (behind barn doors). Tables and chairs can be set up how you'd like for your event at an additional cost.


  • Warming station for catering services


                   -Caterers can also use the large garage door to back into. Food trucks are welcome anywhere on the property; in front of the building, or in the Avita parking lot around back.


  • Parking lot around back holds 200+ cars


                      -Handicapped parking is located at the front entrance of the building & street parking is also available.


  • Luxury Bridal suite with makeup mirrors, salon seating, and hang out area


  • Cocktail tables


  • Beautiful restrooms


  • Trash bin will be located in corners of the building & behind the bar. There is also a dumpster located on the side of the building for larger items. Please clean up all trash at the end of your rental. Dumpster is located in rear of building.


  • Gazebo is included in your rental to use as you see fit. Your wedding ceremony may be held there or can be used to hold your cake at your reception. The possibilities are endless for it's use.


  • Fire pit and chairs for smores and relaxing- fire wood available near the fire pit. Please carry Cedar chairs inside in the evening to protect them from the outside elements.


  • Designated DJ station located at the front of the building beside the bar


  • Heat & A/C

  • Wedding Planner / Decorator or Coordinator are available upon request with additional charges.


  • Linens available for $10/piece


  • Bar

            -The Hub at Village Square does have a full service liquor license. This means all alcohol must be purchased and served by The Hubs bartender or bartenders. Our bar pricing is 100% flexible to you. You can customize it however you'd like! (i.e.- beer & specialty drinks only, full bar with liquor and beer, no draft, cans and bottles only, Bride & Groom absorb $2,000 dollars of the bar bill then cash bar thereafter), upon determining what you'd like to offer, we will gladly customize a package quote for you that can be added or subtracted to after receiving the quote. Bartender's price will be covered in the quote.


  • Any props The Hub offers will be available to rent. Please ask to see rental options sheet. Sheet must be determined 30 days prior to rental.

Not Included/Offered

  • The Hub does not include - silverware, extension cords or power strips. Tents are not included - we do have a preferred vendor for tent rentals. Please see preferred vendor list for recommended rentals.
